Overview

💡 License Management allows you to centrally manage and check the total number of licenses, plans, and statuses for supported apps. This feature visualizes unassigned and inactive licenses, helping you optimize your license usage.

How to Check License Management

  • You can check each supported SaaS license and its usage status on the Apps > License Management screen.Licenses screen

Visualizing Unassigned and Inactive Licenses

⚠️Some apps only support "Unassigned" status and do not support "Inactive" status detection.

    💡If 30 days have passed since the inactive criteria was met, the app usage status will display "Inactive."

How to Check

  • In the application list, you can centrally view unassigned and inactive license counts as shown below.Application list
  • Clicking on any app allows you to view details such as app usage status and roles on a per-user basis.User details screen

Editing App Roles and Licenses

  • Go to Apps > License Management > Click on an app, click the ︙ icon for a user, and select Edit Role or Edit License to make changes.Edit menu
