Frequently Asked Questions
Why did I receive a notification about the end of support for API Version: 20230221?
This is because it was the version previously used for the Josys integration. We have now completed the migration to the new version.
Which information on the HENNGE One page is used to determine the MFA setup status?
It is determined based on whether "OTP" is configured in the user settings. If it is not registered, it will be determined as Not Set.
