Overview

This guide explains how to integrate HRBrain on the Josys App Catalog page.
Currently, Josys supports integration with only one workspace.

Integrating HRBrain

  1. Log in to HRBrain and navigate to the Developer Site from the global menu in the top right corner of the screen.
    If the Developer Site is not in the menu, please set yourself up as a Developer Site Administrator.
  2. Open the Public API/Token Settings and click Create Token.
    Select "all" for the scope, click Create, and obtain the token.
  3. From the left sidebar of Josys, click "Integrations > App Catalog".
  4. Search for HRBrain and click on it.
  5. The setup page will appear on the right side.
  6. Enter your subdomain and API token, then click "Next" to complete the integration.
    ● Subdomain Example: If your HRBrain URL is https://josys.members.hrbrain.jp, then josys is your subdomain.

Authorized API Scopes

The following APIs are used based on the public API specifications:

  • Retrieve account list
  • Create account
  • Delete account

API Specifications:
