This guide describes the steps to integrate Okta on the App Catalog page in Josys.

⚠️ Due to Okta's specifications, to delete an Okta account, the account status must be "Suspended" or "Deactivated."
For manual deletion, you cannot select deletion for members in statuses other than these.
When deleting accounts using Workflows, you must perform the "Suspend" action before the "Delete" action. Therefore, the deletion action should be scheduled to run later (e.g., 1 day later).

Integrating Okta

  1. Log in to Okta with an Admin account, and click Security > API.

  2. Open the Tokens tab, click Create Token to generate a token, and copy it.

  3. In the left sidebar of Josys, click Integrations > App Catalog.
  4. Search for Okta and click on it.
  5. The setup page will appear on the right side.
  6. Enter your subdomain and the copied token, then click Next to complete the integration.
    Subdomain Example: If your URL is https://josys.okta.com, enter "josys".
