- Click the permission set you created, and then click System Permissions.

Prerequisite 2: Enable API
Enable the API Enabled option from the profile editing screen of the user to be integrated.
Prerequisite 3: Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps
Check the box for "Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps."
Under system administrator authority, check the box for the target member.
Prerequisite 4: IP Address Settings
If the IP addresses allowed for connection are restricted in the Salesforce profile settings, please configure the settings to allow Josys's IP addresses beforehand, referring to the Support Page. For the IP addresses to be configured, please refer to the "Allowed IP Address List."
Integrating Salesforce
- Click Integrations > App Catalog from the left sidebar of Josys.
- Search for Salesforce and click it.
- The settings page will be displayed on the right.
- Click Next, log in with your Salesforce administrator account, and complete the integration.
Permissions Granted to Josys
Josys is granted the following permissions from Salesforce:
- Full access (full): Allows access to all data that the logged-in user can access. This scope includes all other scopes.
- Perform requests on your behalf at any time (refresh_token, offline_access):
Allows the integration to return a refresh token if the requesting client is authorized to receive one.
With a refresh token, the app can interact with the user's data even when the user is offline.
This token is synonymous with requesting offline_access.
Users Retrievable via the App Catalog
Only users with the following User Types can be discovered.
You can check the User Type by adding "User Type" to the columns displayed in the "Users" list on the Salesforce admin console.
- Standard
- Partner (PowerPartner)
- High Volume Customer Portal (CSPLitePortal)
- Customer Portal User (CustomerSuccess)
- Customer Portal Manager (PowerCustomerSuccess)
- CSN Only (CsnOnly)
