Overview
This guide explains the steps to integrate Mail Dealer on the App Catalog page in Josys.
*Integration is not supported if login is configured via SSO (Single Sign-On) or MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

Integrating with Mail Dealer
- From the left sidebar of Josys, click Integrations > App Catalog.
- Search for Mail Dealer and click it.
- The setup page will appear on the right.
- Enter the URL, Login ID, and Password, then click Next to complete the integration.
The URL to enter should be in the format "https://[subdomain].maildealer.jp". Do not include a trailing slash "/" at the end of the URL. Adding a "/" will cause a synchronization error.
