Generating an API Token
- Log in to incident.io with an
Owneraccount, and clickSettings > API keys. - In the API tab, click
Add new, check the box for "Manage organisation settings (e.g. custom fields)", generate the token, and copy it.
Integrating with incident.io
- From the left sidebar of Josys, click Integrations > App Catalog.
- Search for and click incident.io.
- The setup page will appear on the right side.
- Enter the API key, click Next, and complete the integration.
