⚠️ Prior setup in Rakuro is required to use the API. Please contact Rakuro Support before proceeding.
Generating an API Token
- Log in to Rakuro with an
Adminaccount, and clickSettingsin the upper right corner of the screen. - Under the
API Integrationsection, generate and copy the token.
(If a token has already been generated, copy theGenerated Token.)
Integrating with Rakuro
- From the left sidebar of Josys, click "Integrations > App Catalog".
- Search for and click Rakuro.
- The setup page will appear on the right side.
- Enter the API token, then click "Next" to complete the integration.
