Generating an API Token
- Log in to Prospect CRM with an account that has
Organisation Adminprivileges. From the top-right menu, clickPersonal Settings > Tokens. - Click
Create Token, generate the token, and copy it.
Integrating with Josys
- Click Integrations > App Catalog from the left sidebar of Josys.
- Search for Prospect CRM and click it.
- The setup page will be displayed on the right.
- Enter the Regional URL and API Token, then click Next to complete the integration.
You can check the Regional URL on the Tokens screen.
