Generating API Tokens

  1. Log in to Lucidchart with an Account Owner account and click the Admin menu.

  2. Click Settings under App integration > Custom OAuth, and then click the Developer Portal link that appears.

  3. Click Create Application, enter any name in the Name field, and click Create.

  4. Select the added application, click the OAuth2.0 tab, enter any name, and click Create OAuth2.0 client.

  5. Click Add Redirect URI, enter https://app.josys.it/admin/integrations/callback/lucidchart, and click Add.

  6. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.

Integrating with Josys

  1. From the left sidebar of Josys, click "Integrations > App Catalog".
  2. Search for Lucidchart and click it.
  3. The setup page will be displayed on the right side.
  4. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret, click "Next", and log in with an Account Owner account to complete the integration.
