Generating an API Token

  1. Log in to Pingboard with an Admin account. Navigate to Account > Add-Ons at the bottom left of the screen, and click Pingboard API.

  2. Click Manage Service Accounts within the Settings tab.

  3. Click New Service Account, enter a name, check the Company Admin box, and click Save. Copy the generated Client ID and Client Secret.

Integrating with Josys

  1. Click Integrations > App Catalog from the left sidebar of Josys.
  2. Search for and click Pingboard.
  3. The integration settings page will appear on the right side of the screen.
  4. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret, then click Next to complete the integration.
