Overview
This article describes the steps to integrate Backlog on the App Catalog page in Josys.
⚠️Due to Backlog's API specifications, Josys cannot retrieve the activity history of projects where the admin account used for the integration is not a member. Therefore, users who are only active in projects that the integrating admin account has not joined will be determined as "Inactive" on Josys.

- If IP address restrictions are enabled in Backlog, please allow Josys IP addresses in advance by referring to the support page.
- Please refer to the "List of Allowed IP Addresses" for the IP addresses to set.
Integrate Backlog
- From the left sidebar of Josys, click Integrations > App Catalog.
- Search for and click Backlog.
- The configuration page will be displayed on the right.
- Enter your URL and click Next.

5. You will be redirected to the page shown below. Click Allow to complete the integration.
