*Integration is not available if login is configured via SSO (Single Sign-On) or MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

Integrating Favro
- Click Integrations > App Catalog from the left sidebar of Josys.
- Search for Favro and click it.
- The integration settings page will be displayed on the right side.
- Enter the email address, password, and organization name of an Administrator account, then click Next to complete the integration. You can find the organization name as shown below.
