Creating an Account for Integration
Log in to desknet's NEO with an administrator account.
Go to Administrator Settings > Operational Settings > User Settings > User Management.
Create a user to be used for the integration, and copy the login ID and password.
Integrating desknet's NEO
- From the left sidebar of Josys, click Integrations > App Catalog.
- Search for and click desknet's NEO.
- The setup page will appear on the right side.
- On the setup screen, enter the
Subdomain,Login ID, andPasswordof the desknet's NEO account for integration, and click Next to complete the integration.

Enterjosys-dev(https:// is not required).
