Generating an API Token

  1. Log in to Workplace with an Administrator account and click Integrations.

  2. Click Generate an API key, enter a name of your choice, and register it.

  3. In the Permissions tab, select the following four permissions and click Save.
    • Read user email 
    • Read group membership 
    • Manage accounts 
    • Manage groups 

  4. In the Details tab, click Create access token and copy the token.

 

Integrating with Josys

  1. From the left sidebar of Josys, click Integrations > App Catalog.
  2. Search for Workplace and click it.
  3. The setup page will be displayed on the right side.
  4. Enter the API key, then click Next to complete the integration.
