Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is it possible to change from a multi-tenant configuration to a single-tenant configuration?
A: Yes, it is possible. Please contact our sales representative for assistance.
Q: Can I remove a managed tenant from the multi-tenant management?
A: Yes. Go to the "Menu > Tenants" page in the Multi-Tenant Portal, click the three-dot icon on the right side of the target tenant, and click "Delete" to remove it from multi-tenant management.Q: When trying to log in to a managed tenant from the Multi-Tenant Portal, I get an error saying "You do not have permission to access the Admin Console."
A: Normally, Multi-Tenant Portal Admins can automatically log in as administrators to all managed tenants. However, if the user was already registered as a standard user in the target tenant before the Multi-Tenant Portal was configured, the automatic promotion to admin permissions may fail, resulting in this error.
If this error occurs, go to "Settings > User Permissions" in the target tenant and change the user's permission level to IT Admin.
