Overview
By integrating Jira with Josys through the Integrate Workspace Tools feature, you can create Jira tickets directly from Josys. This allows you to centralize and efficiently track tasks to be completed in Josys within Jira.

Initial Setup
- If you have not yet completed the app integration between Jira and Josys, please refer to the following help page and proceed with integrating the Atlassian app.
Reference: Atlassian - Click "Integrations > Integrate Workspace Tools".
- Select the integration name you want to connect from the dropdown in the "Jira Integration" box. *If you did not set an "Integration Name" when integrating Atlassian, a hyphen will be displayed.
- After selecting, click "Connect" to complete the setup.
