Overview
This page explains the timing of data synchronization between Josys and external SaaS tools after setting up External Data Sources, as well as the steps for manual synchronization.
Synchronization Timing
After setting up External Data Sources, Josys automatically synchronizes data for all client environments sequentially starting from 2:00 AM (JST).
This automatic synchronization runs once a day.
Steps for Manual Synchronization
If you want to sync data manually without waiting for the daily automatic synchronization, follow the steps below:
- From the Josys menu, click "Integrations > External Data Sources."
- Click the refresh icon button for the connected external data source.
- The process is complete when a pop-up message saying "*** has been updated" appears in the bottom left.
Please check the User Profiles or Devices to confirm that the data has been updated.
(*** will display the name of the integrated external SaaS tool)
