This page explains how to use the SaaS Contract Manager feature within the AI Data Refinery.

What is SaaS Contract Manager?
This feature is used to scan PDFs containing license contract details for each app and register them in bulk.
Prerequisites for SaaS Contract Manager
The prerequisites for using Magic Import are as follows:

Step-by-Step Instructions for Using SaaS Contract Manager
- From the left sidebar menu, open "Apps" and click "Managed Apps" or "Licenses".
- Select the app you want to register.
- Click the "✨" icon (Josys AI button) at the top right.
- A window will open on the right side. Drag and drop the PDF containing your contract details into the designated area.
- The AI will analyze the file and automatically map the data to the corresponding fields in Josys.
- When the Preview, Edit, and Add buttons appear, click on them.
- Verify that the data is correctly mapped to each field.
If there are any errors, hover over the corresponding row and click "Edit" on the far right to make changes. - Select the checkboxes for the individual records you want to upload, then click "Add Records" at the bottom right.
