If the screens or steps differ from your actual environment, please contact the manufacturer.
- Go to "Asset Management" > "Application List" > "Software Distribution".
- Click "Install" > "Add".
On the software registration screen:
- Select "Executable files and Windows updates".
- Enter an appropriate name in "Display Name". (You will need to create two entries for the Josys extension: one for activation and one for installation.)
- Select "File" for "Distribution Target" and specify the prepared .ps1 file.
- Under options, check the "Run silently" checkbox.
- Click "OK" to close the screen and save your settings.
- In the software list, select the settings you created in step 3. In the target device selection, select the devices to apply the settings to, and click "Run (Go to Option Settings)".
- On the option settings screen, check the "Run with system privileges" checkbox and click "Run".
- This completes the software distribution setup. It may take up to a day for the actual distribution to occur and the script to run.
If you want to verify the setup for testing purposes, double-click C:\Program Files (x86)\Sky Product\SKYSEA Client View\TskUpdate.exe on the target device, and then click "Yes".
