Overview
This article describes the steps to integrate apps.
Target Audience
IT Administrators
Steps
- From the Josys admin dashboard, go to "Integrations" > "App Catalog".
- Select the app you want to integrate and click "+ Integrate".
For detailed integration settings for each app, please search for the app in the App Integration List. - Enter the required information for the integration and click Next.
- Once the integration is successful, a message saying "(App Name) has been integrated" will be displayed.
This link directs you to the help page for the respective app, which contains information such as the permissions required for integration.
Apps with SSO/MFA Login Enabled
App integrations are performed either via API or RPA.
Integrations using RPA require the administrator's ID and password.
In such cases, if SSO or MFA is enabled, the integration will likely fail. Therefore, you must temporarily disable SSO/MFA for the administrator account.
However, some apps, like those listed below, can be integrated without disabling these settings:
- Apps that provide a dedicated URL for logging in with an ID/password without using SSO.
- Apps that allow you to generate two-factor authentication codes in advance.
Setting Up an App Owner
In Josys, you can invite users who are not Josys IT administrators to become App Owners.
Invited users will receive a Josys administrator account with permissions restricted only to the features related to that specific app.
This is useful, for example, when someone in the Sales or General Affairs department is the owner of an app.

- From the Josys admin dashboard, go to "Integrations" > "App Catalog".
- Click "Invite for App Integration" at the bottom of the screen.
- A dropdown menu to select a user will appear. Select the target user.

- Click "Add" in the top right.

- Click the "Next" button in the bottom right.
- Under the "Integrated Apps" permission, select "Admin of Selected Apps".
- Click the "Select Apps" button that appears, and select the target app.
- Set all other permissions for users and devices to "No Access".
- Click "Save" in the bottom right. An email will be sent to the selected user.
Steps for the Invited User
