This page describes the report function located at the bottom of the Dashboard page.

What You Can Do
The report function allows you to view data from various perspectives based on the information registered in Apps and Devices.
Report Details
Unmanaged User Summary
Displays the top 5 apps with the highest number of unmanaged users. Among them, unmanaged users who have been granted privileged access are displayed in red. Clicking the icon in the upper right corner displays the number of unmanaged users and the number of unmanaged users with privileged access for each app.
App Discovery
In the App Discovery section in the upper right, you can check the number of detections by app category and by risk level based on "detected apps." Please use the dropdown menu in the upper right to switch between app categories and risk levels. Similarly, you can export a CSV file by clicking the download button.
SaaS Usage Summary
In the SaaS Usage Summary, you can check the number of accounts for each app, sorted in descending order. You can also switch the display by department using the dropdown menu in the upper right.
Clicking "View All >" at the bottom opens a window from the bottom to display the sixth and subsequent apps.
Savings Opportunities
If you have registered costs for each license, you can check the costs by app and by department.
App Optimization
In App Optimization, you can check the number of apps in each category. This makes it easy to detect when you have subscriptions for multiple similar apps. Please make use of this feature.
