Get an API Key

Log in to Claude Console ( https://console.anthropic.com/ ) with administrator privileges.
⚠️Note: You cannot integrate using API keys generated from the organization settings in claude.ai (used for daily chat). Please make sure to perform this operation in the "Claude Console" mentioned above. - Click the "Get API Key" button, or go to the "API Keys" menu on the left > click the "Create Key" button.
- Enter a name for the API key, then click "Add" at the bottom right. (e.g., josys_integration)
- Copy and save the generated key.
Generate an Admin Key
- Go to the Admin Keys page.
- Click the "Create Admin Key" button at the top right.
- Set a name for the Admin Key. (e.g., josys_integration)
- Copy and save the generated key.
Integrate Claude
- In Josys, navigate to "Integrations > App Catalog" from the left sidebar.
- Search for Claude and click on it.
- The settings page will be displayed on the right side.
- Enter the API key and Admin Key you saved earlier.
Adding an Integration Note (e.g., the integrated tenant name) can help with management.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will integrating Console with Josys incur additional costs, such as API key token usage fees?
No, there are no additional costs. The API key is used solely to retrieve account information during the integration with Josys, and no processes that consume tokens are executed. Therefore, you will not be billed additional fees for this integration.
