As part of our ongoing updates, we are gradually changing the term "Member" to "User" and "Employee ID" to "User ID" within our help pages. Overview

This page describes how to create User Profiles by integrating HRMOS Attendance as an external data source, along with other details.

Synced Fields

By integrating with HRMOS Attendance, the following 7 fields will be synced to Josys.
Other fields will not be imported into Josys, so please register them using CSV bulk registration or other methods.

Set based on resignation date Status
If the resignation date is before today, the status is "Resigned".
Otherwise, "Active".

Integration Steps

  1. Sign in to HRMOS Attendance as an administrator.
  2. Open the System Settings page and obtain the API Secret Key. Regenerate it if necessary.
  3. From the left sidebar, click "Integrations > External Data Sources".

  4. Click "Connect" for HRMOS Attendance.

  5. In the Integration Memo, enter any memo to identify the integrated account. For the Company URL, enter the company URL identifier from your login URL. For example, if the URL is /api/acme/v1/users, the identifier is "acme". Enter the obtained API Secret Key.
  6. Click the key icon to generate the Josys API Key and Secret, then click "Connect" to run the integration.
