When integrating an app, you can set an integration name. This page explains how integration names work.
How to Use Integration Names
When you register multiple apps in Josys, it can sometimes be difficult to identify which account or tenant was used for each integration. To avoid this, we recommend naming each integration.
Examples of Integration Names
You can name your integrations in several ways. We recommend choosing names that align with your organization's operations, such as:
- The account of the person who set up the integration (e.g., suzuki@josys.com)
- The tenant name or domain of the integrated app
- The date of the integration
How to Set an Integration Name
You can set an integration name when integrating an app. Reference: Integrating an App
If you want to change the integration name after the integration is complete, follow the steps below:
- From the left menu, click Apps > Managed Apps to open it.
- Click the target app to open it.
- You will see "Integration Name:" below the app name. Click the pencil icon next to it to edit and save.
