- Create your User Profiles: Register information about your company's employees.
- Create your Apps list: Register information about the SaaS tools and apps your company uses.

User Profiles in Josys is where information about all employees of your company is gathered in one place. You can manage all employee information together in Josys, from new hires to departing employees.
There are three ways to register users in User Profiles.

2. Creating Your Apps List
Next, integrate the SaaS tools and apps you use with Josys to create your Apps list. With the Apps list, you can centrally manage the apps and accounts your employees use.
There are two ways to add apps to Apps.
■ Integrating Apps
- In the left sidebar of the Josys admin console, go to "Integrations" and select "App Catalog".
- A list of apps that can be integrated with Josys is displayed. Select the app you want to manage.
- After selecting the app, click the "+ Integrate" button and complete the integration steps.
Integrating your apps is the first step in IT asset management. Once your apps are integrated, you can easily see who is using which apps and whether you have unused licenses.
To learn how to integrate each app and what Josys supports for it, find the app's help page in the following list.
Help page: How to Integrate Each App
■ Registering Custom Apps
If you want to register an app that is not listed in the App Catalog, or a system developed in-house, you can register it as a custom app. This lets you manage every SaaS tool and app your company uses without missing any.
For details, please see the following help page.
Help page: Using Custom Apps
■ Setting App Owners
You can set an owner for each app. For example, if an app is administered by someone in another department, such as Sales or General Affairs, you can set that person as the app's owner. By inviting them as the owner, you can proceed with integrating apps even when the IT department does not have administrator privileges for those apps.
For details, please see the following help page.

3. Creating Your Devices List
Finally, create your Devices list, which gathers information about PCs, smartphones, and other assets.
